So gloomy out that I decided to throw everything on todays report into black and white. Like this guys bottom turn, there’s nothing grey about it. Textbook back and white perfect form bottom turn right there!
Alvaro all sunshine & full of color, despite the cloud coverage.
The reef has been pretty on fire for the first month of the year so far.
And the surfing has been equally as good!
Big guy equals big turns! Yeah Mr. Oso-man!
Good day over in the shallows for the newbies to be perfecting their balancing act. La lengua fuera y todo!
Here’s a fine example of what you (if you’re a beginner) get to look forward to once you graduate to getting up and riding the wave all the way down the line.
Hows that perfectly tapering right look? Light light offshore winds today…. the only thing missing was the sun.

There’s a lot of “Two Brothers” here. There’s surf camps named after one pair, there are a lot of mini groms that are two brothers, there are bigger groms that started out here as mini groms and are just a little bit in age behind these two brothers in the photograph whom are also following in their footsteps. I know one day, and not too far away in the near future, we will have our “two sisters” groups out there as well! All in all, surfing is a community or more better preferred term of global family. Here’s to everyone surfing around the world weree we all unite as one…. we’re all related by one thing. Mother ocean!
