Everyone was coming out of the jungle with their surf riding vehicle’s of choice. Gray here with the most progressive and advanced of all surf riding sleds. Now before you get all questionable about riding one of these out at the reef, just know Gray is a super advanced surfer, you’ll usually see him and a very small dedicated crew who surf the really super XXL outer reef(s) and other bombing secret spots when IT’S ON!!!
Today was chalked full of peaky super fun A-frames, like here and popup sets all over, from the left and right of the main PD peak.
Kenny taking off right in that tricky horse shoe point spot where going left or right, you’re almost always challenged with the infamous wall that throws out, but if you have this wave dialed, then you know how to navigate it, like Ken-Dog here!
A bit got of some style and grace was present out there as well! Sweet nose ride chica!
Hot Carl, keeping cool, but still ripping this right to shreds and on fire all at the same time!
Gray showing the peeps out there how to properly foil on an almost perfect wave for hydro-surfing, especially today where he pretty much rode all the way in then kicked out while still standing, pumping his way over to the next peak that was coming in…. it was so incredibly consistent today!
Certainly bigger than anywhere else in a 40 mile radius of this part of the coast. And looks super fun ya???
Jenna back in town (aka her second home) and stoked to be back in the warm water (compared to where she lives and surfs the other part of the year up in the freezing waters of Washington), almost right at the border of Canada; so you can imagine these waters are like bath water for her!
Hubby to Jenna, Devon putting on a nice little shred-O-thon clinic for a few onlookers…. check out Hot Carl’s on the shoulder and his stoke for Dev’s sick cutback!
Beginners bay. Looks like the surf lessons were off for today? Too bad, cause it looked like a pretty good day to get out there and get your learning on!
If you’re gonna end the day, or in this case, todays surf report, you might as well do something fantastic! This guy’s doing something super fantastic! Sick one hermano!!! Thanks for popping by mis amigos! It was a nice few days off after Mr. Chris came back from his little Holiday vacay…. so you’re stuck with me for the next few days again, so I’ll see you all out there again mañana! RECENT REPORTS
Howdy folks! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The wind was supposed to be ripping hard today, but it was actually very light this morning. The only downside was that the tide was low at that time.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Pangas, specifically French Fries right. The wind was ripping pretty hard around mid-day, but it mellowed out slightly in the evening and the direction improved some. It was golden hour!
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. This lady either ended up a bit later than anticipated or misunderstood what it means to get barreled haha! I’ve got to give her credit for looking at this wave though. You don’t know if you don’t go (or at least look at going).
