Happy Sunday Funday friends! We have some nice new swell (or original – mixed mixed in with some new ones) & it was a super fun early morning out there! Check it out !
Always good to see this as your waking up and walking down for an early morning surf sesh!

We don’t call if Family Funday Sunday for nothing. Don’t worry, he’s just being a good papa and giving momma a board swap while she takes a little break from mommy duties on a nice and warm Sunday morning.
It was a little fast and I got there a little above medium tide that was dropping quickly. So if you wanted your barrels for breakfast you had better have your cover up game on out there!
The reef was looking pretty empty and mystic at the same time. It’s ok. Gotta get the beach break while it’s still firing.
Grant ain’t playing around….. well, he actually is, but he’s not gonna miss his favorite fast breaking peaks while they’re still here in technically summer season.
Could be a close out, could be a double barrel cover up straight to the beach, or it could just be a nice photo for you all to just stare at too. How’s todays offshores looking tho???

“Oh the one that got away!”, actually I just liked this pic for a size reference. Tony was just a little too far inside to nab this sneaker outside set.
But he sure wasn’t going to miss out on the second wave of the set, that was for sure!

Grant’s backside attack is just about as lethal as his frontside approach. Although he’s got a pretty smooth and laid back style all together. I’d love to see him one day push his surfing like he was on the CT or something gnarly like that one day! He’s got skills!
Seth out for the minimalist morning crew too. Equally throwing down some sick wave riding prowess, like everyone else.
You know how good this feels when you pull this move….. hover-ever, nothing feels more better than seeing it and realizing it looks as good as it felt!
Rock n’ Roll sushi was the name of one of my favorite sushi rolls back at one of my favorite sushi joints in CA. Tony however hates sushi, so We’ll call this the Rock n’ Roll Beef Roll! Sick little R&R there dudie!
Haha, its funny because I’ve actually been cruising though all my hard drives doing some purging and cleaning and what not, and I found this epic super old photo I got of Tony Z, about 30 years ago playing on the beach and just like now, he was still saying it back then….. “HEY, NO PHOTOS ON MY BEACH”!!!! LOL
And like aways, I just tell him to go fly a kite! JAJA~
Lowering tide and still dropping out only meant one thing….
Time to boogie and go get some stuff done. But it’s still always hard to leave as you walk away watching empty waves peel all alone and empty like this, no matter what!

Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Pangas, specifically French Fries right. The wind was ripping pretty hard around mid-day, but it mellowed out slightly in the evening and the direction improved some. It was golden hour!
