Somewhere in Nicaragua
Good afternoon chicos! It was another nice clear warm sunny day here in the land of waves O’ plenty! Took todays report in the late afternoon and the conditions were super pristine and a lot of beach goers walking the beach, playing with their kids and super consistant fun waves for everyone who came out for the late show!
There’s always a special place in my heart for that warm afternoon glow aka the “Golden Hour” ! This local kid taking off looking to backdoor this what looks to be almost impossible to make wave, with that huge long section that’s about to huck over him, unless he puts the pedal to the metal. . . .
Well, here’s your answer. Yup he made it and he rode that thing to the very end, even stomping this sick air at the end too!
The fish were popping off tonight. I’ve never seen so many people running down with their hand lines literally
sprinting to get in on all the fish that were in abundance in the crashing waves on the low low tide.
How do you like you A-Frames??? That’s about as A-framy as it gets!
It glassed off to sheet glass too once that sun hit its last quarter mark on the horizon.
It was actually barreling at the reef. I think it was because the tide was so drained out. But the conditions were just EPIC!

What ever you couldn’t squeeze into, you just go up and over it!!! This was the sickest move I saw out there while I was shooting, and everyone was ripping.
Sometimes it’s good to just go and find your own little slice of paradise, be it surfing, or in todays case with the majority of the people out fishing. I really admire this guys solitude that he went and found while everyone else was fishing all in the same spot, that and it made for a pretty nice little closing photo for todays report.
