Hi folks, we are the NSR family bringing you the action for the Thursday surf report.  Today we drove up to Playa Maderas in the morning because we wanted to take advantage of the tide conditions.  The waves were running about waist to chest high on sets with strong offshore winds and the water was chilly.  Check it out!!!
