Howz it my Tuesday friends! B back with another round of reefer (that’s PD’s Reef) madness. Only today I got out there in the AM for that magic morning light and the waves were in the chest to over head on the big outside sets! Check it out!
What do you prefer for your morning wakeup call, pancakes or peaks… specifically A-frame peaks like this one here? Or maybe a super session followed by pancakes? Well, you can have both here.
The winds have been lowering that water temp a little by little each day, hence the guy wearing the rashie. Not a bad idea, so it will allow you to last longer as it get’s pretty chilly out there with the winds.
Cooler water temps or not, nothing was slowing this unknown ripper down this morning.
It was firing like this the whole morning coming down off of high tide. I counted maybe 5 or 6 peeps out.
I love Doc’s low and pedal to the metal approach on all the waves he takes, which is a lot!
Another unknown ripper testing out his ABS braking system on his shortboard. Looks like it’s working out just fine!

Here’s what those “bigger” well overhead outside bomb sets looked like that I mentioned earlier. And there were a good amount of waves in each set too! Gotta love those PD’s sneaker outside cleanup sets.
A lot fo water moving around out there today. For me it can be tricky shooting directly at water level since this wave usually has at last 3 or 4 waves in front or back of the surfer I am trying to watch/catch. Just happened to catch this one as he made his perfectly nice wrap around as the waves in front allowed me enough access to see him and his move(s).

Some really nice surfing was going down out there for the AM sesh! I betcha the evening session will be just as good as the tides going to be around the same level but it will also probable have about triple the amount of people out. Sick turn there hombre!

Welcome to the Saturday surf report friends. Today we had some 3-4 ft range swell in the water with nice offshores (not too strong which is nice) and the water temps are still trunkable and nice.
Thank goodness it’s any day, really! Fridays always seems to make it even better, BUT today we had some fun waves, some spectacular weather. Welcome to the TGIF surf report my friends!
