The kids are back in town! Oscar was getting a few good rides. Blasting his fins out for a radical disaster! There were lefts, rights, tubes, and some ramps to play on this afternoon!
I took a long walk down the beach to see what was going on with the point! It actually looked pretty good! Of course nobody was out there, but that’s ok, sometimes its more fun to see empty waves!
This youngster was working on his backside tube stance. Getting low and ready to pull into a little gem!
One of the best things about watching surfing is how no style is the same! These guys learn how to find their way into the barrel before they can even do a turn at this beach!
At the end of that same wave I captured this shot; with these winds all you have to do is put your weight back and you get lifted right up into the air!!
Pulling in is always the thing to do when there’s a little audience watching!
If the sun was too much you could seek shelter in this little driftwood structure… Or you could look for some shade out in the waves!
This might be my favourite shot of the day, Oscar with a nice frontside turn, and a little air drop to land it!
If you grew up with older siblings, then you probably experienced something like this at one point! We’re going to wrap it up at that and check back with another update tomorrow! We hope you’re weekend is as nice as ours, and if not, come on down and join us for the next one! Hasta la proxima amigos!
