Somewhere in Nicaragua
Buenos días chicos!!! Got out there early this morning as we received a notice that there will be a scheduled power outage all day today. So I am trying to hurry and get the report posted as I am racing against the clock! Gotta love 3rd world problems right? Haahaa I kid, nothing will ever make me reconsider living in one of the best places on the planet! That and it’s good to be off the power grid and the computer for a little bit, which is why I moved down here in the first place. So enjoy todays gorgeous morning waves!
Unfortunately there were only 2 people out. One (Roger here at the reef) had the entire lineup all to himself!
And this far away dude down at Colorados. I still can’t believe it’s been so good down that way. Just nuts!
Here was the one wave I saw him catch before he came in. . .
And here’s Roger on his last wave in as well. Like I said it was going to be a short but sweet little report before they cut the power.
Good day for a stroll along the playa and soak up some of that amazing Nicaraguan sun & vitamin D!
After there weren’t anymore surfers in the water within a 1 mile radius, I just stayed for a little while longer to see if maybe anyone might come out to play. I mean look at these waves with nobody to ride them. Qué triste!
Ahhhh…. finally some new comers, but they were walking all the way from Pangas down to Colorados. Unfortunately I had to run. But I bet the had a great session!
