If you’ve driven past Ananas restaurant the past week or so, you may have noticed that they’ve been hard at work relocating to the “downtown” area of Hacienda Iguana. Here’s a sneak peek at the beautiful new location sitting right on the greens of the golf course that’s behind the Iguana Surf Rentals and Satori Spa building.

AND Here’s a message from owner and operator of Casa Ananas, Chef Tati,

“We have created a new Casa Asanas invoking a romantic culinary experience under the an Italian pergola open to the sky. Come and join us as we launch our new tropical open air dining room with a wood - fired pizza oven! We are thrilled to take your dinner reservations for this Monday, Feb. 4th from 6pm until 9pm. We will announce a grand re-opening soon so stay tuned!!”

Ok, so in other outside worldly news…. for those of you who have come to Nicaragua the last few years and had gotten a chance to meet and get to know Parker Hannahs, well he officially tied the knot with the love of his live Amy just the other day. Here a couple shots from his beautiful wedding day, for your viewing pleasure!!
