Somewhere in Nicaragua
This one goes out to my main man Jerome from back in the N.D. days. You deserve it man! STEELERS WIN! STEELERS WIN! STEELERS WIN! Now that you’ve retired you can come visit me in Nicaragua and learn to surf!
Today was super indeed, just not for waves. We’ve got waist slappers for sets and the Steelers win! We checked out Remanso today which is just south of San Juan Del Sur and can get perfect on a little bigger swell.
We actually might have discovered a new wave as well…but we’re not saying where it is. Check it out though – small, but definitely some potential.
To round out the day, we even had little waves when we got back to San Juan. We’ve got some more waves forecast for the next couple of days so check back.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
