PLAYA SANTANA
Hola surfistas del mundo, bienvenidos a otro miércoles de surf en Nicaragua. Hoy fui a buscar olas a playa Santana ya que en Colorado no hay nada y Panga Drops ya me tiene aburrido. No estaba tan mal para un pronóstico de 1 pie.
Las olas no pasaban de la rodilla pero tenían muy buena forma, me sorprendió ver a tanta gente en el agua.
Con tan poco movimiento en el océano el agua se ha puesto bastante transparente, con un color verde claro muy bonito.
Este surfista se estaba divirtiendo tanto que no le importó surfear con los shorts rotos por la parte trasera… tendrían que ver las siguientes fotos que tomé, justo cuando se agachó para intentar meter la cabeza en el mini tubo.
Algunos niños y jóvenes locales estaban disfrutando y compartiendo las olas, se miraba super divertido.
No importa el tamaño de las olas, los surfistas locales saben aprovecharse de las condiciones para practicar algunas buenas maniobras.
Las olas en los sets tenían buen tamaño y buena forma, un momento de emoción en medio de toda la calma.
Si no tuviera tanto trabajo me hubiera gustado haber sacado el longboard y disfrutar por algunos minutos jugando en las olas.
Tubo doble! Una ola buenísima que sólo apareció por un leve momento y dos surfistas ses encontraron en el lugar preciso.
El pronóstico no promete mucho para los próximos días, pero nosotros seguiremos reportando día a día. Saludos!

Happy Sunday Folks! Swell is on the rise and the winds were maybe at an all time high this weekend with some pretty intense gusts. That being said, it was another beautiful day here in Nica-Land. Veni!
