Hola & Happy Monday & for those of you who enjoy the day of sharing the love of the corazón, everyone knows that if you’re a surfer, you have many good reasons to love something near and dear to your hearts every day! So let’s take a look and see what mother earth and her big beautiful ocean gave us on this special day!
For Cesar, who was the first one out for the evening session, it was all about nice clean empty and open big sweeping lefts. . . .
Lefts that left him feeling full of joy as he had a few heartfelt sessions today, since the waves were so GOOD!
Sophie and Doug sharing a hand held romantic walk out to their sunset session. Watching Cesar ripping apart the lefts… I can only imagine what’s going through their minds right now.
Doug making it out quickly and catching one of the many open and unridden rights that nobody was catching.
Meanwhile, Sophie was woking for that Valentines day sugar shack! Yeaaaah Sophie. . . get in that barrel!!!
Only three people out and those 3 people were scoring some pretty epic sunset golden hour perfection al to themselves.
I mean check out Nam’s super sick turn here! It’s always easier when you don’t have a bunch of other surfers out there buzzing around the lineup giving you anxiety whether or not people are going to be paddling for a wave you’ve been waiting for patiently for some time or back paddling you…. it was all about choosing and having any waves you wanted out there today, and it as a beautiful thing!
Walking away and seeing this, most people would dod anything for these kinds of perfect waves on any given day. Lucky for us here, this is a normal day. . . well normal for waves. But there was a lot of love in the air!
See, Latin America el dia de san valentin is one of the highly celebrated and commemorated holidays out of all the holidays throughout the year. Love in general is something I think the whole world needs right now. So here’s to an abundance of love to everyone for this year of 2022!!! Mucho amor to all of you who are always so dedicated to participating with our offering we try to give you daily for something we all have so much love for equally the same globally! Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. There was a window early today and right at sunset. At mid-day when I took pictures the wind kicked up making for better turn sections than tubes. Still a few if you knew where to look.
