Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report. Let me just start off by saying that no, the cover shot is not a joke. As a matter of fact, I think you’ll be super stoked to see what arrived today and where! Check it out!!!
So if you’ve been following, which I am sure you have been, you know there’s been this talk and show about this new swell coming in. Well today it was big, as in big enough for Colorados to start breaking and here’s a nice shot of Buzz taking off on a really clean and beautiful left. Well overhead!!!
It wasn’t… you know, like May or June or even July clean. It was actually maybe better, no, for sure way better than our last bit of July and then August and so on, where the rest of the season just disappeared.

Emi getting one of the very rare RM rights out there this morning. They were swinging in really deep and closing out almost all the rights at the river mouth.
Although the lefts were the real only good call, Emi is a bit of a rebel…. a rebel with a taste for barreling rights that is.
I went back and forth between here and the reef all morning (which was actually WAY bigger naturally), but if I’m the man behind the cam and there’s barrels. I will apologize to all of you now and as long and I’m ever shooting the surf report. I just can’t say no to good proper barrel pics! 🙂
Even if they’re thick, chunky and quite possibly looks like it could be closing out… this dude’s a madman is all can say!!!!
Ohhhhh…. look at that ever so tempting Right. know a couple heads who weren’t out there this morning for some reason who would have been putting these rights in the books today. Hopefully…. please pray it’s like this again tomorrow. What a Great day!!! Salud ~

Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. The small “gap” days are here! Funnily enough there were still some mini-drainers at Colorados this Wednesday morning.
