Welcome to the surf report for today. This is Jairo "Come Pan" reporting from out here at Maderas.  We've got a new swell coming in and it lookes like the waves have bumped up a notch since yesterday.  It's running about waist to shoulder high on sets, the wind is offshore and the water is still chilly if you skin it(comfortable in a long sleeve top or a shorty).
