Hey everyone! I hope you had an excellent Friday! Welcome to today’s surf report from the mysterious “Spot X”. It was mad dash from Yuji, Koji, and John to get out this morning with the extra swell and light wind.
Koji diving into battle with a sandy, but hollow runner.
You see any sting-rays down there Koji? Haha!
John was the only one of the trio aiming for lefts. A deep stylish bottom turn from mi hermano here.
Schwappah! Fins blasting the lip.
Koji fanning his feathers to show John and Yuji up. Watch out!
Yuji with an immediate response. Who can displace the most liters of water?
I think Yuji still has the second best read on this spot after Kai DeLorenzo. Here’s a solid attempt / make from this morning’s session.
He got fairly deep on this gem. Yuji is a wave manget at this peak.
But after a valiant drive through the tube he managed to find a sidewinder section that threw him a curveball.
Weeeeee! Yuji got dealt an unlucky circumstance here. I’d still classify it as a make in my book haha. He did get launched out after all!
One last moment of glory for Yuji this morning. This one was super clean and square!
Ahhh! What an excellent way to enjoy the small boost in swell and light winds! Spot X is never fails to entertain when it is working there. Tomorrow looks like it will be another really fun day of waves so be sure to check back in.

Hey there everyone welcome back to the NSR surf report today was once again a pretty small but super fun day out there in the water and you can see John out there giving a class to this young surfer to be.
Welcome back to another day of super windy offshore waves! A little pulse in swell, when the sets came through, but you had to wait a little in-between… like in this image. And there wasn’t a single person out (yet)!
