Today a couple of local surfers made it out before dark and having fun riding some small but good waves. Here we have Marlon “El Shaggy” Aburto taking off one of the best right of the day
While the surfers took advantage of the fun little waves, the ladies were out getting some sun. This is Gysha, cooling off after hanging out on the beach.
This is Gerardo “El Mope”, he was able to paddling out. This guy is working hard to be in shape for the National surf contest next weekend in Maderas. Here he is with a nice cut back. In case you haven’t heard, we are still collecting donations to help send these guys to the championships in Panama next month. So far we’ve collected $1083 – thanks to everyone who’s donated so far! We are still $317 short of our goal so please help us out if you can!
Take a look at our friends having a good time on the beach and save up their energy for the good swell that is coming next week. We are excited because has been small waves the last few weeks.
Today i met these guys from Canada having fun for first time on the beach at Maderas with their nice car. These guys bought this car in Maxico and then they decided to drove all the way down for all Central America finding good surf spot and by the way they told me that they have never been in a beautiful place like this (Nicaragua) before.
We were waiting to watch the most beautiful sunset in the world. Here we have a shot to prove it. Come down to Nicaragua and check it out by yourself.
On the way back home we found a cockfight tornoment and we decided to check it out for a while, Carlos and D-lite decided to bet a couple of beers, and by the way Carlos won. Please check back tomorow.
