Feliz Jueves Chavalos!!! SBS signing on for your thirsty Thursday surf report. If you’ve been keeping up to date the last few days from Baldos reports, you know that we have some new swell in the water. Today I got up extra early to see how PC was looking… click that read more button to check it out!!
The crowd was light…. I mean super light.
As in only about 3 or 4 guys out at first light. Lesther here dusting off the ol’ tabla after a nice long siesta over the Holiday season.
If you’d like a nice size reference for the bigger sets… this one was not as big as the biggest ones, but as you can see, it’s well overhead!
The swell energy is definitely out there today. It’s just a little lully in-between the juicy ones. Ricky Rick putting his classic 70’s and 80’s style on a fun sized timeless wave here in Nicaragua.
I can already see how much Lesther and the local crew are going to be loving our new skatepark once it’s poured, shaped & completed.
Mystery barrel surfer??? …. it’s about that time of year again!!!!
Super light offshore winds with almost sheet glass oil slick conditions on them wave faces.
When all you have to catch are the measly, smaller in-betweeners , laying down a solid bottom turn always helps to get the blood flowing first thing in the morning.
Follow it up with a nice slashing cutback like this fella’s doing here and you can pretty much say you’re off to a really good start to your day!

Here’s the captain, pilot and cockpit charger himself taking all the rest of the waves this morning alone, since he was the last one out of the lineup.
Not total perfect Nica-Backdoor, but would you surf this if you saw this and nobody was out?????
It was hard for Ricky not to paddle back out… but we both agreed to check it again in the afternoon on the tide push coming back up. Maybe we’ll see you out there!!! Yewwwwww ~

Hey amigos! Josh here for the next few days. Welcome to April 1st’s surf report from Colorados. The surf was on its dying breaths today, but there were still a few good sets and pulses sprinkled throughout the day. The mid-day window had insane sun, so there were very few surfers out.

What’s happening happy hump day party people. It’s the midweek surf report and I’m gonna give it to you suave! Only because the winds have been so duro. Enjoy!
The swell dropped a little bit but not the wind. There were some nice A-frame peaks but the wind was messing everything up… some waves were steep and fast, some others were slow and fat.
There were some takers right around the low tide this morning! Similar conditions to yesterday, with some hollow and shallow breaking waves!
