Somewhere in Nicaragua
Happy Saturday my friends! It was an interesting Saturday, well for me at least. Got up super early to check it, but didn’t seem to realize I had a complete flat tire on my moto until I drove up to the look out spot at the reef. It kinda shut me down for the morning, but I powered through and got my old beach cruiser back up running and looking spiffy! So I got back down there just in time to catch this bit of surf action going on on the tide coming back up, just in time too….! Check it out!

What we don’t have here, is a yellow brick road. However our trails lead to MUCH MUCH Better things!!!! Oh, but we for reals for have flying monkeys though!
I gotta give my mystery surfer (of the two that were out there) a style factor of 9 on this one! Sick positioning and turn amigo!!!!
Since we were pretty much following each other all the way to the beach (I had went down a little further to try for some cooler angles today), I unfortunately didn’t think to catch their names, so we’ll call em the Regular Goofy twins!
Surf class on Saturday…. one of the best days to have it!!!

Oh, I forgot to mention that the water has dipped in temperature a few degrees. nothing too crazy (YET) but it might be getting closer to them rashie sessions. I even saw a dude in a full suit yesterday. I actually thought he was trying to avoid the sun, which in maybe both reasons were valid????
Come to think of it, I haven’t been dipping my toes in the water since I’ve been wearing my shoes still since my little moto wreck a little while back. But cooler or not, this guy was on fire out there today!
Ahhhhh, we all love ourselves some nice little new fresh perspectives from time to time. Still looks fun eh!!!!
And with a cold one in the hand of one amigo, the other two will just have to wait until they get all the way back to the condo to have their’s! Buen dia mis amigos ~

Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from French Fries. The surf was even smaller today and the wind was still strong. That being said the faces of the waves were still fairly smooth at French Fries. It is almost always more protected from the wind there than all other spots on the beach.

The swell dropped a little bit but not the wind. There were some nice A-frame peaks but the wind was messing everything up… some waves were steep and fast, some others were slow and fat.
