Somewhere in Nicaragua
Good afternoon friends!! This is Jairo “Come Pan” and Roberto “Lucha Libre” bringing you the Wednesday afternoon surf report. For those of you stuck behind the desk, we thought we would bring the waves straight to your office. Check it out!!!
Cold front in Nicaragua? Never thought you would hear that, but we are experiencing cooler than usual temperatures accompanied by wind gusts up to 80 Km/h in certain regions of the country. Cooler air, chilly water temperatures and extremely strong winds can’t stop Rex “La Bestia” Calderon. Here he is setting up for a nice floater.
Norwing “El Chuling” Estrella decided to use Rex’s surfboard to try and catch some fun waves as well. Here he is showing us a nice back side snap on this right. Chulin said “the water feels like a cold beer” . He also told us the cold water gave him a cramp and that is why he only stayed out a few minutes.
It wasn’t just cold for those in the water. Roberto “Lucha Libre” took cover under the truck…. Hey Roberto , next time get inside the truck!!
There were some beginners in the water this morning practicing their surfing skills. This is another unknown rider taking off on this nice looking left.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday evening’s surf report from Colorados. There were some decent windows sprinkled throughout the day. The shape of the waves was better at low-tide in the morning. Sunset wasn’t bad either.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Friday’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was very big as forecasted, but it didn’t really hit the sandbars appropriately. Still some big drops and adrenaline rushes.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Thursday evening’s surf report from Colorados. It was a bit of a “stand-up contest” this evening, but the power should return tomorrow. Still surfable, but we are suffering from the recency bias haha.

There is not a better country to surf in Central America when we have some swell in the water. Today the swell bumped up so we decided to take advantage of the swell conditions and made it out to the beach with the incoming tide. We have solid overhead set coming through, the wind is..
Small and offshore today – checking some other spots for waves but there’s just not too much swell in the water. It’s about knee to waist high on sets and we’re waiting for next week when we are supposed to receive our first real swell of the season.
