Welcome to a fresh edition of NSR’s daily surf report! This morning we had some glassy waves with chest to head high peaks! Check out the action.
The waves were looking good at the beach break with not much going on! The wind picked up hard again today, so if you surfed early you made the right call!
I went down to check the reef out and found some more good looking waves! Steve Snider was out there getting his day started right!
The lineup was handing out some nice A-frames and a little more size than the beach break! Looks pretty fun Steve!
The waves weren’t barreling too much but this hombre was looking for one!
Some sets would swing to the side and break on the inside. There was nobody sitting there hunting the little gems!
I went back down to the beach break and caught a couple waves right as the wind picked up! The rest of the morning and afternoon we had heavy winds… dawn patrol was definitely the call today!
Heading up to the NSR shop i saw Marvin cleaning up a Eucalyptus tree! Marvin is one of our very talented maintenance staff here at NSR and is a great guy to know!
Right across from us at NSR is our friend Ceasar’s shop. This is the go to spot here in Iguana for a large variety of your shopping needs! He’s got a nice rack of boards for sale and rent outside too!
Inside of Ceasars, you can find things such as: superfoods, cooking essentials, produce, hand-made Nica goods, a large selection of snacks, beverages, and alcohol… And a friendly family to talk to!
Cesar moved here from Venezuela. He’s a regular out in the lineup and on the volleyball court! Cesar we should build a skate bowl on the side of the shop! What do you think?
Jess got the driest barrel of the day!

Hey amigos! Josh here for the next few days. Welcome to April 1st’s surf report from Colorados. The surf was on its dying breaths today, but there were still a few good sets and pulses sprinkled throughout the day. The mid-day window had insane sun, so there were very few surfers out.

I think the swell died a little bit today but there are still some nice size ones rolling in. The winds were cool offshore and the water nice and warm. Check it out!!!
