This morning we made it back to Playa Maderas and we checked what was going on down there.  The waves were kinda small running about knee to waist high on the bigger sets, the winds were nice offshore and the water was cold.  Check it out!!!

NSR bro Micheal “Shlek” Lometti is back in town with his wife Judia, and their boy Enzo, to celebrate Enzo’s first birthday with the Nica family. Shlek took the morning off to score a few waves and was surfing under, on and through the lip during his short session at “the spot”. Shlek sends shouts out to his sister, mom and dad who are also down here for the party. He also sends some Jersey “Big Ups” to the Butlers and Pincus.

The lineup was not busy at all, there were only about 5 or 6 guys out there.  Here is caught this guy nabbing a nice looking right.

Not many locals were out, we do not know why.  This is Carlos looking down the line of this nice left hander on his big board.

Dunia La Pinolera was riding some small ones on her belly.  She’s not coming in on this one, she was having fun belly boarding a couple.

The waves were not that big today, but it was big enough to score some waves by Machete Pt but nobody was there.  Empty one rolling by itself!
