Somewhere in Nicaragua
Not too bad out here at Maderas today. We’re in between swells, but it’s still chest high and offshore. The water is chilly due to the strong winds – we don’t have a buoy to read or anything but we are guessing it’s between 60 and 65 degrees – Really.
Even so, it’s a beautiful day at the beach and a great time to learn how to surf. This is EU, one of the best instructors in San Juan Del Sur, doing his thing.
There’s a fun longboard wave over in front of Machete point with no takers.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
