Somewhere in Nicaragua
Today is the fist day of the Maderas Semana Santa Torneo de Surf (it’s a surf contest). And as you can imagine, the swell has died. It’s still about knee to waist high and offshore winds, but the waves are just not coming in.

The day was ruled by the smallest competitor of the bunch. This is Rex, he’s twelve years old and he surfs better than you (at least on small waves).

Hey everyone! Welcome to Friday evening’s surf report from French Fries. After a long streak of very fun waves, the conditions were finally sub-par. Still ride-able at French Fries though.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday afternoon’s surf report from Pangas and French Fries. The swell didn’t drop nearly as much as forecasted, but it was a little bit smaller. It was very clean and pulsing while I took pictures.
