There were already a few families playing on the beach, kids jumping up and down, throwing sand and running around their parents non–stop.
This is the main place at the beach, they have music all afternoon and probably all night… I haven’t come out at night yet (and probably won’t) but if you are around come check it out!
Looks like there is another coming up here. Interesting photo: 5 guys and a lady… only 1 guy with a hammer doing something, 4 guys “helping”, and the lady at a safe distance supervising the job.
Back in the water, there were small A-frame peaks with nobody around.
If you are lucky enough you can buy your fresh dinner right at the beach… this lady is posing for a photo after buying a few lobsters directly from the diver coming out of the water. Buen Provecho!
Did I mentioned the strong winds? It’s great to see people coming to the beach prepared for the sun with their big umbrellas… little do they know that they actually don’t work here! Kudos for trying though!
As you can see, mostly the lefts were working today… they were steeper and longer than the rights.
Looks like there will be a new swell by the end of the week starting on Thursday, couldn’t be a better way to celebrate Semana Santa than with good waves! Saludos!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
