For ONE, the winds were grooming the waves perfectly with the winds blowing straight offshore.

Two, it was fast out there…. so fast, most weren’t totally makable. BUT like they say, if you come out you weren’t deep enough. I think everyone was going for it and as deep as they could get, from being starved for barrels for waaaaaaay toooo long. Chris getting his moto topped off “Full – Full” with Super Leaded at our beach front “Uno” gas station this morning.

Ron has had probably one of the best trips this time around down here, as he jus watched his beautiful daughter Taylor marry the love of her life Collin… I feel like I won the jackpot as well, as I was there to shoot their super magical day! This place has been filled with lots of love and lots of stoke.

Especially today, with waves like this. Tony Z getting the numero uno shot, while I catch him linking up with Mitch on this frothy little morning AM Gem!

For the ones that weren’t big enough, just make a big floater over them instead. Like my buddy Brett here.

Boatful of people on the search…. but there’s good waves here! Maybe too many people for their liking???

Need a good example of some of todays goodness…. But ya better put that deal to the metal DUDE!!!!!

Atta boy. But these waves demanded total speed and 100% commitment today. That’s why there were so many great photos taken when it was firing on the high tide coming up earlier!

The good kind of blow out. If there were to be one.

Mixing it up getting the other side of the more dominate rights. Not as amazing as looking into the barrels, BUT still a sick angle nonetheless with Gigante Bay in the background.

Brett on the morning fast track!

“Mystery barrel surfer”??? Say who????

Aweeee Oki, today I am in a great mood from all the wonderful waves. So here’s an exposed “Mystery barrel surfer” which I rarely ever do.

Ok, well then here’s another one and it was such a sick sequence… I’m just going to leave you all with just this impeccable wave with all that sand in the foreground to stare at for as long as you want.

Well, I hope you enjoyed todays (what was finally our break in not-so-good surf) waves for a few weeks. As always thanks for stopping by and like all good days, let’s try for round two mañana ~Remember, even if you didn’t make the highlights you can always look at the link here for all theDaily Surf Shotsfrom each day, there might be a good chance you’re in there!AND don’t forget to follow us and always check out our current happenings on our daily Instagram stories hereNSRor my photography hereNica Surf Shots
