Hi folks, this is Lucha Libre throwing a couple shots in from down here in San Juan del Sur.  The waves were pretty fun, running about chest to shoulder high on sets, with nice offshore winds and the water was nice and fresh.  Check out the lineup!

Some of the better local surfers were out, shredding all over the place.  This is “La Bestia” Calderon with a sick radical maneuver.

These guys had a nice show all morning long.  It was a shame that the sky was overcastted because we would have some sick photos today.  La Gaviota Chamorro going big with a sick air reverse.

There were a few waves barreling and this guy was in the right spot to score on this one.  That’s Marcus on the shoulder hoping to find a wave like that for him.

What's up everyone!  This is Eric postin' some shots from up north today.  The waves here were head high and the water was perfecto!  Every now and then a wave like this would run across the sandbar and barrel from start to finish.  Local kid gettin' shacked!

Mr. Pancho Sanchez paddled out early this a.m. and showed us some skiilz.  You might be from Florida when you can rip turns like this on a waist high wave!

This is Darlene from So Cal pulling under the lip of this sweet right hander.  Darlene was holdin' it down as the only female surfer in the water today.  Showin' the guys how it's done!

Our man D-Lite was out, pulling into everything!  Here he is just sitting in the tube on this beauty. That's gotta' be a sweet view!

Pancho wasn't just ripping turns either.  He can squeeze into barrels that others don't even see!  Practicing up for when there's some real swell in the water!

D-Lite usually smacks the lips off of waves like this, this time he's the one getting smacked!  The wave getting a little revenge!

For our final input from up here, we have an unknown dude about to get pitted!  A lot of the rights were just draining today!  Tomorrow we might see a hint of a new swell.  Stay tuned and find out what's in store for tomorrow.  That's all for now, we'll be back tomorrow with another daily NSR report!
