Hey there everyone, welcome to the Sunday surf report. Today we had some fun after waves. Winds are still bit side shore, but when theres waves, there’s waves! Gotta take advantage with the low crowd factor too! Step on in…!!
The higher tide has been the call out there lately. Which means waiting for the afternoon sesh.
Emil has been killing it out there every day. I’d day he’s pretty much got this place dialed down to the wire.
Here’s a closer look at him walking the wire!
Derek is another visitor whom now gets to call this place his indefinite home. At least while the world is healing.
Fernando too! Man I couldn’t think of better people to be here spending this time with.

Just in time for the evening glass off! haha well, maybe not glass off, but the winds were dying down a little.

The big groms are always out there having just as much fun as the little groms too!
However, the advantage of the smaller guys is just about every day can be over head.
As fast and stylish as his surfing is, it’s nice to slow it down a bit and let the speed and his action give the feeling of motion in one still frame.
Ok my friends. Sorry for the super late post today. We had a big power outage last night and it did a heck of a job on my desk top computer, so I had to work from my clunky old laptop. I’m hoping to get my desktop back running smooth again tomorrow,. If you’re in the neighborhood, hope to see you down there at the playa mañana! Buenas noches ~

Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.
Hey amigos! Welcome to March 1st’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were really fun in the late morning and early afternoon. The wind direction was perfect, but then flipped side-shore right as I went to grab my board haha.

Welcome to the Friday surf report amigos! It was a great way to kick off the start of the weekend with not only a new pulsing swell, but a very minimal crowd to adorn our new playful waves.
Hello everyone, this is Baldo reporting from Santana beach, Tola. Today is Thursday of Semana Santa (Easter Week), which means that everyone in the country is full-on on Holiday mode… and it’s great to see that the waves decided to come right on time for that!
