HAAHAHAAA – GOTCHA!!!! HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY!!!!! Nahhh, but seriously, if we even are lucky to get something like this this season, which it’s possible, that would make the 2023 season not only an epic one, but a very historical and memorable one!!!! Here’s what today really looked like. 🙂
Not a bad sign to see Colorados working and it’s already April. Now we just need some of those purple blobs to start brewing and making their way up this way.
Checked it earlier in the morning, but I did’t really see much of anyone out, at either spots. So I came back down around midday.
Nobody out at the reef?!?!
But i did count at least 20-25 people out at the beachie.
Wonder why?? hahahaha
It wasn’t very big, but it was barreling.
A little walled and inconsistent, but definitely some carnage with people going for it!
I think (well I’m personally over the Papagayo Winds already) and as much as I don’t like it when it rains (you have to remember, rain and photography doesn’t really go well together), however, we should see this place turn back into it’s green lush jungle once again soon enough!
In the meantime, like today and as hot and scorching as it was, so was the surfing!
That’s right, it’s time to start warming up for one of the best barreling beach breaks along the entire coastline of beautiful Nicaragua!
Ok! Thanks for checking out todays “April Fools” day report and welcoming in a new moth with hopefully some great swell to light up our coast for the month! RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. This lady either ended up a bit later than anticipated or misunderstood what it means to get barreled haha! I’ve got to give her credit for looking at this wave though. You don’t know if you don’t go (or at least look at going).
FROM THE ARCHIVES
What up everybody! Thanks for cruising by to check out the surf report today, we got some energy in the water but this swell has been a weird one. Hoping this New Moon and swell bring the high tide up high enough to pull some sand and set the bars for the next swells coming…
