When you can still do carves like this and it’s about as small as it gets here at his spot, you know you’re a lucky surfer being on this special little stretch of beach while we wait for some new swell.
Not sure about that left, but that right looks super fun!
I think this guy got the wave of the day. Nice sweeping little wrap around right after take off….
Then a few pumps and maybe another turn or two, he came face to face with that famous inside PD bowl section.
And what did we learn over the years of all my surf reports with what exactly to do with a mean looking closeout section. You lay the hammer down!!!!
Well, I guess I didn’t get the notice, but apparently it wast time for EVERYONE to exit the water, pretty much at the same time Hahaha!
Now it’s the long hike back to Gigante. Good luck my new friends from Germany!
Kristall had the right idea, and just as the sun was coming out too…. time for a nice bike ride around the terrain. Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.

Happy Monday surf fans! Welcome to another week, well just not any regular week, everyone’s recuperating from the giant Semana Santa extended long weekend of a lot of parties, a lot of consuming of a lot of good food and drinks, but best of all, some really really sick waves that we were graced with..
