Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hello everybody this is the friday surf report. Today we were in Popoyo beach with the second surf contest of the National circuit. The waves were exactly like the advertice for this surf contest, check the strong offshore wind and cold water.
In this point of the day, even in the strong off shore winds, the left’s were forming more consistantly than the rights.
Because the lack of barrels, everyone was making cuts …. who do you think made the cut ????

This wave gave Oliver a good score to pass to the next heat. He was up against the best locals and he pass first place in his heat. Yeaa bro.
He keep eliminate a the younger guy and that make him so happy.
Every time we have more participants from the city of Leon, Here is one of their best representatives. It belongs to the legacy of the Fino family.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were small today, but a few people got a very clean window. The vicious off-shores are supposed to start tomorrow, so they might’ve got the last of the good stuff for a bit.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Wednesday evening’s surf report from Panga Drops and French Fries. It was smaller than yesterday and the tide was off, but the wind wasn’t all that bad at sunset. Golden hour glass off. John hustling out there to play stuntman.
Hey everyone, welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The waves were actually pretty epic for off-season today. Most of the shredders had already exited for lunch break when I showed up with the camera though. You’ll still get a rough sense of the quality of surf though.

We left Juancito El Duendecito Tronquito de Yuca in charge to take the photos for today’s report and this is what he got. We have to say that he has been taking photos only for 2 month and he did his best. Many spots had chest to head high surf, standouts went a bit overhead on..
We have an early report from down south in Nicaragua. The waves were definitely smaller than the last few days, but there were still many fun little nuggets rolling in. Waist to chest high on sets, that’s we had but the winds were super nice. Check it out!!!
