Somewhere in Nicaragua

Wow,,…… Welcome to the tuesday surf report. The swell is here. The high tide is in the morning, so we check it out the waves conditions around seven AM and check what we have. The offshore wind is just perfect and this peak in front the beach house of NSR was firing. The water is super clear, was like a dream.

The sets were coming every ten minutes in groups of four waves, every wave have a solid size overhead. Here is Parker catching some of the best waves in the morning.

Parker was the man in the water today. He is 6’4″ tall and check the size of this wave. The water keep a little cold, but the color was nice.

The period of this swell today was around fourteen seconds, some the waves have a good size, but not were too strong. During the high tide there is a lot of water making the waves break outside in the deep part of the beach.

This peak have a wall and the corners were rolling good with tubes. The surfer in the line up were losing a lot of the good waves, because they were a second late in the drop.

Here is another good right wave. Check how the surfers were taking the wave from the corners to made sure they can made out the barrel.

If we take the wave from the peak, we need to make some pumping, but if we take from the shoulder was necessary stop a little. This visitor is calculating the perfect time to take out the brake.

And here he go!!!!. The tube was long and this surfer fell fifteen meters after this shot, he was in the door of this nice wave.

Here is a example of who looks some waves of the sets when not is a A frame. Have a good position was really important today.

Ohhhhhhh!!!!! man……. Check this rifle!!!! Tomorrow the period of the waves will be around seventeen seconds. So, that mean the waves could be better….

The medium sized waves were more friendly and easy to surf. This is why Tony Z was sit down in the inside catching the tiny ones.

Well, he was ripping. Check this solid cut.

Ocasionaly was a left breaking in the inside and look like was really fun for made turns in this area. Here are some of the good turns of the crew.

Check not kidding. The same spot and different surfers. This left was small, but was one of the longest wave rolling today.

There are others peaks working in all the beach,but not were big. The direction of the swell is not throwing waves in that part of the beach.

Bannnnngggg!!!!. We have a lot of action in the line up. Some good surfers were ripping. We have also people learning and intermidian surfers having a big aventure in this swell.

The people in the line up were missing a lot of good waves. I take seven waves, I was in four barrel, but I can’t get out. I fell in one good one and was burning for a little bug called Kevin Cortes. Even after this happened, I feel like this morning was one of the best this year.

Every wave in the sets was perfect. Check this wave with a nice ramp for a sick turn or a up the lip.
