Somewhere in Nicaragua

New swell, new start to a great season. Tony Z getting in some GoPro mouth cam footage before he get’s some hopefully soon to come work.

I just about as big of a fan of the different angles of this place, as I bet this guy is of the view he’s about to receive.

The good ol’ first steps into the water and deep thoughts of how your session is about to go.

There was room out there today for A LOT of stuff (in terms of surfing maneuvers). This one caught my eye in particular.

It was absolutely dreamy looking…. on most of them!

and some looked straight up scary and like a completely different wave all at the same time.

And here’s one of the lefts. Which one do you like better???

Colin will almost always 99.9% opt for the lefts.

But that’s because he’s goofy. Footed that is. He’s actually a very intelligent person with a lot of skills a lot of people don’t really even know he has.

Muzzy Definitely NOT missing California right now.

Accept for maybe his super loving family, whom he adores. But what’s cool is they all let him make his regular pilgrimages to Nica-Land because they love him too… and they know this is what keeps him looking so young and fit and sexy! LOL Yeah buddy….. I said you’re sexy!

I think this is Lucas If I’m not mistaken….. buddy, looks like all that time you put into all those sessions last season has really paid off!!!!

Louie-Dog cutting through this turn like a hot knife in warm butter!!!

Of course the surfboards he rides are like knives, and the water is ever so salty and warm like butter, so that analogy wasn’t too far off.

Big JG on what looks like a gun shaped board and not one of his standard long boards. Looks like he’s come out to play with the cylinders!!!!

Everyone here knows Emi. He’s one of the most likable dudes here. He’s got a great family and quite possibly, more than likely a couple of young grom surfers whom I’m certain you’ll see in a few years on much bigger surfing stages. Be it competition, or free surfing massive waves around the globe.

I mean if your dad surfs like this and he pushes you to surf like him too…. how well do you think your surfing would be???

Let’s just say his kids were busy being buddy buddy here a little while back with Jackson Dorian, while Shane-O and Emi talked pro surfing shop talk while the kids were, well you know just being kids. Surfing man sized waves here at Colorados.

This place has a really magical element to it. You’d just have to come here to see what I’m talking about.

Ok, I’ll give you one “Mystery Barrel Surfer” for today. I’ll even give you a hint….. he really loves to sing!!!!

Makable???? Questionable. Absolutely eye stopping beautiful….. HECK YES!!!!

Well, that’s the longest report I’ve done in quite some time. I actually had about 40 highlights to choose from. But it is a late one and I definitely wanna get up early to see how it looks in the AM, so I’ll leave you with this last parting shot of someone probably getting his own killer parting shot.
