I think Cesar feels incredibly lucky to be able to paddle out every single day without any restrictions or worse, the possibility of getting a stiff fine. That being said, that’s the other reason I wanted to change it up and give you a different perspective from all of you guys favorite holy playing fields and whom also miss the water so much. Hang in there though….. you’ll be back out there soon. Hope these next batch of photos help cheer each and everyone one of you up for your weekend!

HOWS THIS DROP!?!?!?! Danai stoked to be out with me swimming and only about 4 or 5 people in the lineup. Yaaaaaa CHICA! Amazing take off on that wave and what a drop!!!!

Kai was one of the very few out there and he was desperate to get a little shack in while I was swimming around the lineup. Ya buddy!!!

Kai getting oh so close on this one…!!! I’ll tell you, the surf has dipped quite a bit and the green rooms were very small and tight today. However, this is the only room I feel comfortable in outside my own home of course where I’m sharing space with another person.

Cesar trying really hard to make his barrel appearance today too…. Don’t take no Lip!!! Get around that thing DUDIE!!!!

There were some gnarly fish jumping in the lineup and the water was relatively pretty clear too. But check out this super aggressive fish jumping out of the barrel. Looks like he’s going for something even bigger!!! Hahahaha

Today was a really croooozy day out there. But beautiful all in the same token. Here’s Danny croooozing right on by me and if you look closely at the beach, it’s pretty much a ghost town.

Little “BIG” man, Jet and his proud Papa, Emi doing the routine quarantine Father / Son paddle out. Practice, Practice, Practice little dude!!

and that’s exactly what they’ve been doing for some time now. Look, it’s a four stroke motor boat!! Haha

Here’s Jet working diligently on his pop-ups. Nice form little buddy!

Sick style for a 2 year old right?? I especially love how he’s taking the time to look back into the barrel behind him!

He’s learning quickly too, to take each and every wave he catches all the way into the beach.

and when his feet touch the sand, he immediately grabs the board and quickly starts his paddle back out to do it all over again. Keep an eye on this little guy. I think he’s gonna be doing some amazing things here in the Nica-Land of surfing!!!

Mesmerizing and tantalizing all at the same time. You’re welcome and I’m also sorry at the same time. 🙂

Small but oh how nice the water felt out there today. I think we have some new swell coming in a few days. I’m sure NMRK will be on it, as always!!

Daniel was going for this and I said “Pull IN” and he did. It might not be the cleanest and prettiest of barrel shots, but we all share and know that feeling. Mmmmmmmm-Gooooood!!!!!

HAHA – Yeah!!! Mmmmmmmm-Gooooood!!!!!

Yeah Papa!!! one of those dirty little sneaker set waves of the day. Love to always keep us in chceck!

Speaking of keeping in check. That’s what I’m talking about buddy!!! Get close, get real close… well ok, maybe not until this quarantine thing is over. But this makes for a delightfully nice photo, right bud?

Well, I hope todays water session brought you all a little joy and possibly a hint of a smile to your shiny little faces. Looking forward to that new swell that might show up as early as Sunday. Until then, enjoy your Friday or whatever is rest of the day you’re doing and be sure to check back again tomorrow for Mr. Chris’s surf report and wordsmithery!SBS is out ~
