Somewhere in Nicaragua
Happy Tuesday everyone! Well today was a sure sign of (hopefully) like looking into a crystal ball for the 2022 season. Today was firing the entire day, nonstop, new swell, actually a couple swells combined making for some super fun and pretty legitimate sized waves for everyone here to enjoy! Hope you Enjoy ~

The swell interval was so close that there really wasn’t a lot of timing even for a paddle out without dodging a few bullets. Actually there were some sneaker sets that definitely kept everyone on their toes.
It’s Jett (with 2 T’s) just remember that and BIG BIG things for this micro sized already charger without any debating his love for big waves. Imagine what you’re going to see in a few years!
A lot of rights out there. Some lefts, some good lefts actually but I would say the rights were more open and square.
Like this one Timmy Reyes is driving down the line on. Big, hollow and exactly what he lives for, the planet over. He’s just notched Nicaragua into one of his most favorite surf spots; and that’s a pretty big deal if you follow his nomadic surf life and all of the incredible spots he’s been.
YES!!!! GO BIG. . . . but don’t go home! Stay a while, this wave was made exactly for this kind of surfing. Sick one Timmy!!!!!
So like today and many others we will have this season, there are pros…. many many pros, BUT, sadly there are a few cons. This just happens to be one of them. However, the pros outweigh the cons 10 fold, so we all feel that pain when you snap your most favorite board, but that didn’t let it get the best of him. He was back down with another board and paddled back out in under 15 min. Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. The size dropped even more today, but there were still a few finale sets that rolled through in the morning. I guess everyone was burned out from the last swell as the crowd was light all day long.

Welcome everyone for the Monday surf report. Today we were greeted with some unfavorable winds. It got a little cleaner earlier, but nobody was out, so we waited for the afternoon session, which ended up proving to be even worse, in terms of the winds. It’s actually pretty late here now (as I write this)..
Happy Sunday guys and gals! Had another fun day down at the playa. Hardly anyone out and some fun little waist high waves coming in with light offshore winds and super nice warm water. Jump in like me!
