Today was all about board speed. Some off the bottom propulsion was needed to get by these low tide sections.
Good friend Louie Preysz is no stranger to board speed. He also knows that sometimes the high road is the best route.
Oscar and Michael wanted to get in on the action too. Deacachimba!!
But the fastest paddler on the planet – CarlosDeColorados – came flying outta no where. Yeah, he stuck it.
As the wind came up Louie was making the most of the fast deteriorating conditions and stoked to find himself an open face to smash.
Re-entry with stylie hand jive.
On his fist trip to Nica Damon from St. Augustine swung by the shop to rent a brand new Firewire before grabbing a couple nuggets. Good to meet you bruh!
More St. Auggie crew in the house. Good to have you back in the water, Mike!
The water is crazy clear with these winds. This guy was either checking for lobster on the bottom or setting up for a hack.
…….definitely the hack.

The dry hills are a sign that while the wind has switched and the air is super muggy we still haven’t had the first rains. My prediction is they will come in the first week of May. Waves should be about the same tomorrow and the next day with some real juice forecast for the beginning of the week. Stay tuned.
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. This lady either ended up a bit later than anticipated or misunderstood what it means to get barreled haha! I’ve got to give her credit for looking at this wave though. You don’t know if you don’t go (or at least look at going).
