Hi everyone! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Colorados first and secondly from Spot X. It was still pretty small today, but there were flickers of offshore wind and some clean micro-tubes.
Starting at Colorados, we have an unknown rider schralping a frothy insider.
This guy looks like he was riding on a fresh stick. There’s nothing like skating across fun little waves on a pristine, new board.
Enzo was chilling out on the beach making friends and staying cool from the saltwater sea-breeze.
The boogeyboarder made the smart move of sitting in a small rip-current which caused more waves and sections to stand-up.
He rode out of this Rollo clean. That’s how you can tell that he is a legitimately skilled boogey. If they’re completing rollos.
It was a little slow at Colorados, so I shifted up the beach to Spot X. Surprisingly there were a handful of surfers and they were getting some nuggets out there.
WHAM! It wasn’t all tubes and shade up there at Spot X. This young fella sliced through a beautiful roundhouse cutback.
This guy timed this end-section tag excellently. His rounded out, disk shaped board looked really fun for the slightly smaller surf from the past two days.
One last lip-line tag from the round-nose rider to close today’s report.
This final frame accurately captures the allure and elusiveness of Spot X. It starts working randomly and has short windows making it difficult to catch the “perfect” window there. Tomorrow Tony Z returns to the report and there should be another extra shot of juice in the swell. Thanks for checking in and have a good one.

Welcome back Wednesday, while the waves still continue to FIRE since last Wednesday!!! It’s like the never ending pulse of swells. If it keeps going like this… I’m gonna be like Capitan Brody from Jaws except instead of a bigger boat. . . I’m gonna need a bigger Hard Drive at this rate! Jaja Enjoys..
Welcome to your Tuesday surf report! Swell’s gone down considerably. But like all things in life, it’s even good to take things in moderation, even with surfing. Good to give the body a little rest and prepare for what mother ocean is preparing and cooking up for us next… which is soon!
