Here is an unknown surfer enjoying first peak, looks fun, right?

Another happy camper going nuts on this right.

Here is the nemesis of many of us… a late vertical drop that usually comes right before a nice barrel (not the case on this one though).

This grom was ripping all morning, catching everything that came close to him.

And he was ripping on every one of them!

The local crew showed up right on time for the tide to start going down, which usually means the waves will start getting better.

High tide or mid tide, the waves looked good to me the whole time.

He finished the wave with a really good floater and top it off with an air drop over the falls. Perfect execution.

This kid had a similar floater but on a left. Another perfect execution too!

Now we fast forward to the late afternoon… my neighbor Eric and I, instead of going surfing ourselves, we decided to invest in our future… we took the kids for a sunset session.

Dilan (7) and Mateo (about to turn 5) have been surfing for the last 3 days and they are loving it! (and us dads too!)

We’ve been guiding them which waves to take, how to paddle, how to move around with the boards, etc, and the most important thing… that surfing is super fun!

Here is Dilan enjoying surfing by himself.

That’s it for today NSR fans. Big shakas for everyone!
