Happy Friday everyone!!! Brian, back again here to help kickoff your weekend festivities. We had some smoking fun waves in the early AM today, so don’t delay and click that “read more” tab right now!
I guess you could say this is the calm before the storm; with a mega big emphasis with the hopes that there is epic waves, but without any storm!
Carlos about as amped as anyone who’s in a 50 mile radius of this beach break that’s about to go bonkers in couple days.
The only one other guy, besides Carlos who I think will be heading out to brave the possible, if this place isn’t “too big”, IF we do get that solid 10+ surf the forecast is predicting.

If you look close…….. I mean, really, really, REALLY CLOSE. in that far away distant horizon, you can sorta see those monster waves coming. Haha, j/k That’s what a “Flat Earther” would say.
No need to look too far on the horizon though, them waves be a comin’! Ain’t no doubt, and it’s gonna be about 2 maybe 3x’s what’s over this guys head.
This is ONLY rain I’d like to see…. for now. Just clean conditions is all we ask for, then let it come and blow out all the rivers as much as you want.
Train hard, surf hard, play hard, eat hard, GO hard!!! You can always siesta on Sunday.

Oh ya, I forgot to mention…. Oscar will also be heading out to brave the possible, if this place isn’t “too big”, IF we do get that solid 10+ surf the forecast is predicting. I think it’s safe to say that all the local boys will be OUT THERE!!!!

If you are here and are planning on paddling out on the biggest days, please remember (and I’ve witnessed this in my 7 years of being there full time) have your swimming game on point if your leash or board should break. This place can be pretty gnarly with rips and currents out there without your trusty flotation device.
Other than that, it’s all fun and beautiful as always here in Nica Land.

Happy Tuesday, The swell picked up overnight as forecasted. We have some slightly overhead sets. Still a bit inconsistent but some good waves when they come. @tonyzphotos reporting.

Happy Sunday Funday, The surf was a little inconsistent, but when the waves came they had some pretty nice shape. @tonyzphotos bringing you the days action.

The swell is slowly starting to fill in, the waves are a little bit bigger than yesterday and will continue to grow in size for the next few days until reaching its peak on Sunday/Monday.
The waves were chest high on the sets and they had a great shape to hit the lip several times on each wave.
Hello everybody welcome to the NSR surf report. We wake up early to check the swell and there are something special about this swell. During all day were windows of super good waves and time with nothing working. In the end of the day the waves were fantastic check it out.
