There were some good size sets at Santana, and first peak was surprisingly working good enough to have some nice rides.
Second peak was all over the place, with waves crossing between each other, making it hard to find a good line.
The few surfers in the water were all about practicing the cutbacks.
After having such great conditions and waves during the last few days, for most of the surfers in the area, today was all about recharging energy.
A group of clients decided to go fishing instead, and in 3 hours on the boat the got around 20 Dorados! Not a bad fishing day, right?
Hopefully tomorrow the offshores will come back and we all have barrels during the weekend. Cheers!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Hello everybody and welcome to the surf report for Southern Nicaragua! This is Parker logging in with some morning shots. The waves are fun so check it out!
