Somewhere in Nicaragua
Happy Tuesday everybody! Well, the swell has come down considerably and the winds were ok, right up until around noon. Then we could see that it was possibly going to go onshore. Glad I got down there and got some shots of some waves when I did. On a good note… the water was really nice and tropical warm and the clarity and color was super clear and really blue! Jump on in and check it out!
Getting the visual report from friends, like my buddy Devon who and I quote…. “It was looking a little lackluster” but still some fun little waves to be had. Perter here finding some fun little nuggets for himself before lunchtime.
It’s as if Sean is actually checking to see which way the winds are whirling way up there. Wouldn’t that be something if he could tell that it was going to go onshore in about 30 mins or so?!?!?

I would have to agree. But the people were ripping and having a good time, so it doesn’t really matter.

Jenna was the only gal out. But she always makes it look so fun and easy with her bigger panga board. She usually catches more waves than half of the guys out there.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
