Hey everyone! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. The waves had a little more energy today, but it was still fairly small. Clean little racers rolling through at mid-tide around noon today.
Awww amigo! You gotta tuck into these mini-tubes. This a quality wave for today’s size haha
I was surprised to see a crazy right roll through at the North bar every 20 minutes or so.
A stylish float coming our way from an unknown rider down at the South peak.
Pull in for the vision! I zoomed in on this guy’s face during editing, and his facial expression was funny. Stoke levels high!
The waves weren’t all time today, but the crowd was light. Most of the folks adorned smiles like this boogey here.
Oooh! This chica did well to track down this nice left set wave.
“Dang… I knew I should’ve waited for the second wave of the set.”
Another quick lip line blast from our unknown shredder down South.
The waves had some zip to them around noon at mid tide, so the boogeys’ were having a field day out there.
Well amigos that wraps up today’s action. We should see a bit more energy push into tomorrow and Saturday. This shape, but 3 or 4 times bigger would be nice! Take it easy and have a good one.

Happy 4th of July! The size of the surf dropped notably today. There were still good sets, but patience was key (again). Hard to believe there were no takers on this one!
