Today was one of the few days that I got to Santana right at the right time… pretty much all the surfers got in the water right after I got my camera out.
As I said, the waves were small, the wind offshore and Santana was breaking pretty nice.
The rights at third peak were breaking soft but long, which attracted only a few surfers to that spot.
Second peak was offering some decent A-frames that most of the locals took advantage of it.
Sadly, some of the A-frames went with only one surfer, and Dominique was always ready to get on those.
Look at Dominique Lagace, a professional wakeboarder who moved permanently to this part of the woods two years ago, and loving it!
Byron Quedo finally made it back on the surf report, I think it’s been around 1 year since the last time que appeared here.
Waves at first peak were scarce but if you are patient you could catch the bomb of the day like this local guy.
After a whole month of daily powerful, big, and amazing waves, seems like there was not much to report today so, I’m out! have a great rest of the week everyone! Cheers!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday evening’s surf report from Colorados. It wasn’t as big as I was expecting, but there was still some push.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Happy Tuesday surf report friends! Today we were greeted with some fun afternoon waves with some pretty clean conditions with a really fat high tide. Swell was still running well overhead on some sets. Come take a peek!
