Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hi, this is “Lucha Libre” with the surf report from out here at Maderas. After a day off if i can call it like that because now i am studing on sunday, we headed out to the beach to take some good photos. It’s head high to overhead on sets and the wind was offshore.
Today we have a little bit of everything: smacking lips, barrles, floater, chicks and monos. Here is Jamir “El Coki” Brox with a sweet bottom turn to complete the show.
Here is Gerardo “El Mope” Miranda getting into a cool shack. Hey buddy, now you are surfing so much better. That’s what i think!!
Now we have the chick of the day on NSR. She’s from Holland and she likes so much to post for the camera, say chesse kitty.
Oh my god, here young Rex smacking the lip. Rexito is always in the water that’s why he keeps wining all the junior champion ships.
How about Jairo “Come Pan” Garcia getting into a small but nice barrel. He’s still practicing with the camera, he’s going to be our next photographer.
Did i say we have a little bit of everything? Here is Edwing “El Tuzo” Morales going big with a nice floater on a set wave.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Friday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were smaller today, but bigger than I was expecting. Still a few make-able tubitos in the morning.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Well, it’s Saturday and we are waiting for the big swell that’s supposed to start hitting tomorrow. In the meantime, we are surfing the remnants of this last swell – still solid overhead. It’s been drizzling lightly all day, but the wind has been offshore. Check this out – we documented our very first NSR..
Oh yeah, Hot Carl and Zman in the house and we went looking for waves. We found some fun ones at Colorado this morning. It was head high and glassy before the onshores came up at about 9:30am (damn!)
