Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hi there, sweet conditions this morning over one of the nicier spots to lean how to surf. Chest to shoulder high waves, super light offshore winds and killer water temperature and colors. Check it out!!!
Lefts and rights were rolling in and we wanted to take advantage of that. So beautiful, isn’t it?
The NSR Surf School, the best one in the country took a couple of guys from Florida out. They actually were surfing with us. A little bit of beach instruction before to get wet.
Jamie and George picked it up super quick. Here is Jamie with a cool hit, right over the top of this little nugget.
It was a great day to take the big boards out and have some fun on them. Margo from San Francisco was getting some work done.
Will made it out and he was having a blast on his shortboard down the beach, all by himself. Weird way to use the t-shirt by the way buddy, but it looks that it is working on you.
El Mono Solis got a few ones right before we left. Check him out nabbing a sick right hander.

It was a great day at the beach. No doubt! Should be better the next few days because we are getting a great swell and sweet winds.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.

What is up everyone! This is Eric comin’ at you with the report for this second day in July. We woke up with expectations of great waves but were a little dissapointed when we got to the beach. The swell hadn’t really showed up yet and there was not to much going on. We snapped..
What’s up everyone out there! We are here again with an update from the beach this Saturday afternoon. The waves today were comin’ in at about waist to chest high with nice offshore winds all day. The sun was out all day and the water couldn’t have felt any better! Check it!
Allegra and Aislyn stopped by this morning to check out the waves on their last day in Nicaragua.The Hawaiian sisters are on a world tour and our coastline is their last surf destination for a while.
