So with the storm it brought or rather left some mixed up surf, but there was definitely some size and juice out there to play in.

The sun came out eventually too and it was actually looking really great, at least for photos.

But we all know this place has seen it’s better days here when I’ve shot this same angle with perfect aqua blue cylinder tubes roping in.

Still though, the surfing presence here is strong and onshore waves weren’t going to slow anyone surfing out there today down one bit.

Need I say more? Super sick turn!!!

Everyone out there was murdering the waves. Like it was some kind of Holiday or something? haha

Flaring every maneuver out with style and pizzazz!

Fin topping off nicely on this southern peak showing how much he’s improving day by day here in Nica-Land.

The surf check was being watched by many along the edge of the lush green jungle, who seemed a little apprehensive…

But seeing people out doing this to the waves, might have been the deal maker for some.

And this was the guaranteed deal breaker for me as I knew it was time to wrap up my last few shots before it possibly started to rain again.

When I finally made my way back under the safety of the Beach Club palapas, I was able to get this rad little sequence of this little dude putting on a nice little show for all the viewers from the BC all the way down the beach.

The kid put a full combo of tricks together on that last wave, I’d give him a solid 10!

Until the next sesh….. right? Be safe out there if you’re out there celebrating and if not, have a Great rest of your Sunday form wherever you’re reading this right now. I’ll see you all again tomorrow. RECENT REPORTS

Happy 4th of July! The size of the surf dropped notably today. There were still good sets, but patience was key (again). Hard to believe there were no takers on this one!
FROM THE ARCHIVES

Welcome to the Saturday Surf report special 4th of July extravaganza!! More swell in the water today but some tricky conditions made it a bit of work to find and get the good waves but if patient and persistent there were some diamonds in the rough. Look at that wave behind Bryan!
