Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hola amigos, this is Lucha Libre with your Monday surf report. The waves were going off and make sure to check the whole report so you can see what we are talking about. Head high plus on the bigger sets, nice offshore winds and great water. Check it out!
The waves were out of control today, I mean they are still out of control. We have a wave machine out there.
Our big man, El Codo Lopez made it out and he got some nice ones. Working on his backhand drop style!
Before we hit the barrel fest we want to say ADIOS to our friends from Brazil. It was nice to seeing you guys and hope to see you all next year.
The waves kept coming and coming in all day long. Damien from Australia enjoying the view on this one.
Chapin from Pie de Giagante made it over our way and he got a few sick ones. Check out this short sequence.

Lefts and rights were going crazy all day long. Greg charging on this sick right hander, everyone was going deeper and deeper.
Sick drainers down the beach as well. Hard to tell who this is but we can tell he’s getting so pitted.

It wasn’t all about barrels out there. There were also some sick sections to bust some airs. Just flying away!!!
The waves were so nice and clean. I guess you can tell, judging for this shot.
There was definitely some size out there. The swell make the outer reef break a couple of times.
Carlitos Calientes was out for a couple of hours and he got some fun ones. We all love this angle!
The swell was pumping and a couple of guys were backing off on a few bombas. Come on boy, you gotta charge that thing!
Mel Melon Comelon has been scoring lots of sick ones every single day. And today he was out and he also got some sicky ones. Here is just one shot of a 18 photo sequence barrel.
The lineup was kinda busy but there were still many sweet ones coming in with no takers. Whatttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt!!!

Every angle I shoot from today was amazing. Everywhere you looked there was somebody getting slotted. Way down the beach.
There was a good crowd in the water, so I didn’t get to meet everyone. Check out this killer bottom turn of this unknown rider.
Roque Balboa Calderon caught a ride to the beach with us and he got his reward. Getting into a sick section!
I am getting tired of posting barrel shots but that’s most what we had today. Even the birds wanted to get in the barrel.

The chicks were chillin’ on the beach, getting a nice tan. It wans’t the best day for the girls to be out there but it get very nice and gentle, plus there are a few nicier spots to take your girls out.

What’s up party people? This is Eric posting up today’s surf report from an undisclosed location on Nicaragua’s Pacific coast. The waves were great all day long, running about head to occasional slightly overhead with perfect offshore winds the whole day! Check out the surf!
