Nick Bonis was the winner of today’s heat! He pulled into and made a couple of nice rights while I was shooting. He had a wave magnet on him today.

Scott decided to cool down and get wet in the smaller surf. I saw him swim out with some flippers. If it’s too small to get barreled surfing, then you gotta bodysurf to find some tube-time haha!

This little guy might’ve been too heavily inspired by Scott! (Lining up the wipeout to bodysurf combo) Don’t forget your board amigo!

Nick stalling behind the curtain on another one of the (rare) better set waves that rolled through.

A goofy-foot rider folding up in hopes of tucking into some shade at the North peak.

The Wavestorm guy was packing some bombs when they came through. He did well to thread some steep drops without catching his nose or rails.

Colin swapped boards with the dude and got some nice lefts as well. Colin is living up to his signature standard here, riding leash-less!

To close out today’s report we have a sick grab rail boost from one of the young rippers here who’s likely suffering from tube withdrawals! Oh well, at least these young dudes can take flight when the surf is a bit marginal 🙂

Thanks for tuning in for today’s surf report amigos! There were still a couple of tubes out there today, but looks like it could be fairly small the next few days. Tony Z will be back behind the lens with tomorrow’s action.
RECENT REPORTS

Hey everyone! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. Surfline was wrong! The waves were bigger today, but not by the forecasted magnitude. A few tubes, but not up to expectations haha.
FROM THE ARCHIVES

Welcome back to the daily surf report! It’s a funky Friday with the weather being a little overcast and the waves having a bit more texture than normal but hoping the winds turn offshore this afternoon when the tide drops and maybe it gets super fun, for the morning we still had some fun rippable..

Hey ya’ll welcome back to the surf report on this beautiful day here in Nicaragua. We are awaiting the swell that is to arrive tomorrow and Saturday which should be bringing some overhead surf at this barrel machine of a beach that is Playa Colorado. Today is a bit mellow and friendly for all skill..
