Somewhere in Nicaragua
OK, we’ve got some small, but fun waves today and it seem like our offshore wind pattern is back to normal – offshores all day long. We went exploring based on a rumor and confirmed another, semi-secret spot here in Nicaragua. We’re not naming it and we can only say that it is North of San Juan Del Sur. Check out the picture we took from the goat trail – to our surprise, there were two other guys out, who hiked in and were camping on the beach.
For the evening session, we headed out to Maderas to take some pics of the locals.
Here is Luis, test driving his brand new surfboard for the first time today. Getting barreled…

Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
