Kai with the introduction with how well this swell was looking today….

Exiting by far the longest in and out barrel I saw down there this afternoon!

Mikey exhibiting some of the lefts while throwing some big buckets.

There were definitely some large sets out there to navigate.

Just another great day at one of the best barreling surf spots!

It was a full on back and forth rights versus rights marathon with the peaks out there.

I was talking with a good friend just recently as to why in the world they would have the very first surfing contest in the history of the Olympics in those horrible waves that you may have seen them surfing in Japan.

Here’s Derek, stoked to not be in the Olympics in Japan for sure! Jaja

Consistency is one of our best assets here. It’s no wonder why they’ve held other world wide infamous contest here in the past…. like the ISA’s.

This place can actually make any average surfer look pretty good, but my buddy Bobo here isn’t anywhere near being your average surfer.

I’m not sure who this kid is, but his surfing was doing all the talking for him and his wave riding skills.

Sponsor stickers or no stickers, this place has every kind of surfer who could easily give other surfers the world over, a run for their money. Or in some cases, a heat win all the way up to maybe even a world title.

But then again, if you got to surf this place 300+ days a year, you’re surfing would be world class too!!!Remember, even if you didn’t make the highlights you can always look at the link here for all theDaily Surf Shotsfrom each day, there might be a good chance you’re in there!AND don’t forget to follow us and always check out our current happenings on our daily Instagram stories hereNSRor my photography hereNica Surf Shots
