Welcome to the Sunday surf report. This afternoon was super fun! Head high peaks all over the beach break today as the sun was setting up for another spectacular show! Step on in and see!
First person I saw catch a wave when I walked down the trail was Colin laying down this one heck of a cool and smooth line on this left.
Another day of learning the way of surfing and the ocean from Pops. Jett’s an astute listener and learner!
The conditions have been pretty good, it’s the size that’s been lacking a little bit. Today was in that super fun not too big and not too small zone.
Definitely a lot of shralping going down this afternoon.

Carlos was surfing today with a ton of enthusiasm… well he surfs like that every time he paddles out, however today he kicked it up a notch or two!

Papa Emi, catching a few in-between his surf coaching and pushing his “mini-me” into double overhead mini bombs!
Almost every Hacienda Iguana local person was surfing. If you were, I think you found that magic window for todays waves!
Style, steeze, perfect form… just a few of the things that fit Dereks surfing just fine.
Tony is photog as well, but he’s been enjoying all this empty and free lineup space since this will probably never ever be like this again.
Here’s Mr. Chris, who also has been surfing a bunch, that is when he’s not doing the other surf reports and making cool drone videos for Surf NSR.
Ok, so earlier I was talking about Jett. Well here are a few of his little mini bombs I was talking about. On this one you can’t see his Papa out the back who pushed him in, but he’s now paddling out on his board by himself with his dad paddling behind him on his own surfboard. This is just the next level of Jett’s incredibly fast learning he’s got with his surfing in just a couple of months.
Yeah Jett . .. GO!!!
